Muira Puama & Catuaba
Muira Puama and Catuaba are two traditional botanicals at the center of Soda Horse Power's circulation-support positioning.
Muira Puama: Traditional Use
Muira Puama is a shrub native to the Brazilian Amazon, traditionally used to support physical strength and circulation in folk medicine practices.
Catuaba: Traditional Use
Catuaba is a tree bark, also from Brazil, traditionally used as a tonic for physical endurance and general vitality.
What The Research Shows
Both ingredients have a longer history of traditional use than a large body of modern clinical research. Some preliminary studies suggest effects on circulation and energy, but well-designed, large-scale human trials remain limited for both.
An Honest Caveat
Soda Horse Power's own materials do not state specific milligram amounts for either ingredient, which limits direct comparison to whatever doses exist in the available research.
